These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of software products and services (“Services”) provided by Sharky Development, operating under the name APMD SOFT (“we”, “us”, or “our”). By using our Services, you agree to these Terms.
Services
APMD SOFT provides productivity apps for the monday.com platform. Our Services are provided on a subscription basis through the monday.com marketplace. Your use of our Services is also subject to monday.com’s terms and conditions.
Eligibility
By using our Services, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.
Acceptable Use
You agree to use our Services only for lawful purposes. You may not use our Services to violate any applicable laws, infringe on any third party’s rights, or interfere with the operation of our Services.

Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of our Services shall not exceed the fees you paid to us in the 30 days preceding the claim.

Termination

Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Poland. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Łódź, Poland.
